SECTION .1100 ‑ REPORTS

10A NCAC 14J .1101       MONTHLY REPORT FOR JAILS

The sheriff or the administrator of a regional jail shall complete a monthly report on Form DHR‑JDS‑1 and send it to the Section no later than the tenth day of the following month.
